This is the poem John encounters in the Daycare center, and a widely accepted interpretation says that it also refers to the Unholy Trinity.

I myself agree with that notion.

However, the other day, I was thinking about Malphas, when I made a new connection. I believe Spirit Bird may refer to Malphas.

Following this connection, I analyzed each of the symbols mentioned in hopes of connecting them to an entity.

Mother Moon was the toughest one, but I came to the conclusion that this may refer to Miriam Bell, the Mother of Demons. In one of the two portraits in Garyland, she is shown standing outside of Snake Meadow Hill Church, with the moon clearly visible.

Daughter Chalice could refer to Amy Martin. I think this is the case because she is the only female character whose mother we know, so we could consider her the only "daughter", in a way. Additionally, it was Amy who was supposed to bring forth the Antichrist, being an offering to him in a way.

Spirit bird, as I said, is most likely Malphas. This was the easiest one to decide. Malphas, in the fight at the Crucible, arrives as a spirit, and also takes on the shape of a bird. Adding onto this, he indeed "arrives from afar" by coming to Garyland, as he is initially summoned in Domus Malphas.

Fallen Star, finally, I believe refers to none other than Astaroth. His seal contains the reversed star, and so do the sigils he summons while fighting John. Further on, he "guides" the other three towards summoning the Unspeakable, Miriam herself likely by instructing her, Amy by having her possessed as a Vessel, and Malphas by cooperating with him to summon the Unspeakable.

I do believe the theory holds water, but what are your thoughts?

I haven't made an edit on this page in so long and I'm sorry. I think life got in the way and felt burnout after so long. I'm happy to see there's still traction in this wiki, all edits are greatly appreciated! I don't know when else I'll be active on here. Maybe once things calm down from my end I'll be back on here. John's page notes his increased walking speed in the alternate world with no demons. This is likely due to the absence of his "childhood injury" to his right knee which "diminishes" his mobility as described in the "Existing Conditions:" section of note 43 in Chapter 3.
