The Chalice Demon (or "Lore Demon") is a demon that only appears in the FAITH: Chapter II Prologue.
Biography[]
The Chalice Demon takes on a lanky humanoid form, but with distorted legs and stick-like arms. Four long, bloody appendages appear in place of its head.
September 22nd - 27th, 1987[]
This demon makes a brief appearance in John Ward's dream upon exorcising a chalice in Snake Meadow Hill Church. When the demon is active, it will teleport right next to John, where holding up his cross at it will make it teleport to a different side of him, first to his west, then north, then south, and finally east. On John's east side, he must exorcise the demon for a slightly longer amount of time before it is defeated. If John doesn't do this in a timely manner, the demon will charge at him and kill him.
