A rifle with only one bullet which appears in FAITH: Chapter I. It can be used to shoot a variety of targets. Whichever one is chosen will result in a different ending. It appears in the foyer of the Martin home after defeating Amy.

- a defiled fox corpse; yields "The Offering" ending
- a deer; yields "The Hunter" ending
- the mysterious gray figure; yields the "Father and Son" ending
- Michael; yields the "When Faith Endures" ending
- In the Deluxe Edition or Unholy Trinity Edition, the mirror located in the master bedroom of the Martin House can be shot three times in order to shatter it and face a secret boss. Defeating the boss will reward the player with a new note. You can then pick up the gun again and proceed as normal to obtain one of the aforementioned endings.
- In Survival mode, the rifle makes a reappearance and is used to defeat Jeffrey, and the Plagas Cultists.

- One of the notes written by Cindy mentions that Bob had a hunting rifle somewhere in storage, and that she considered retrieving in order to feel more safe in her increasingly unsafe home atmosphere; it is possible that this is the very same rifle that she is referring to.
- While restricting the bullet capacity to just one may have been for gameplay purposes, there are plenty of rifles that only hold one bullet, such as the Winchester Model 1885.
- The rifle respawns in the foyer when you shoot it, allowing you to get the rifle again if you happen to miss your first shot.
