Mr. and Mrs. Davies are characters briefly mentioned in FAITH: Chapter I and Chapter II.

They are the parents of Michael Davies.

Biography[]

May or June 1987[]

One day, a young Michael Davies appears to have been afflicted with demonic possession. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Davies, take notice, and decide to call for help from the Catholic Church. Cardinal Gifford gets in touch with them, and decides to assign Father Garcia to take Michael into his custody until he is cured.

August 1987[]

With Michael having been under Garcia's care for about three months now, Mr. and Mrs. Davies have begun to express concern. Desperately wanting to see their son again, they contact Cardinal Gifford, who writes to Father Garcia demanding Michael be returned to them. He notes that Mr. and Mrs. Davies are to be compensated for Michael's extended absence on the condition that they remain silent about it.

August 29th, 1987[]

Father Garcia receives Gifford's letter, and drafts a response letter stating that the demon afflicting Michael has become increasingly ferocious, and that it would be unwise to return him at this time. He attaches the photographs he had taken of him throughout the past three months.

September 1987[]

Father Garcia enters the basement of his apartment, where Michael has been tied to a bed. During their brief conversation, Michael asks if he can see his mommy and daddy. After being denied, he mentions that they will kill Garcia when they learn of the way he had been treating him. Garcia attempts to exorcise the demon from him, but Michael breaks free from his restraints and escapes the apartment with Garcia's letter and photos. He flees outside through a window and Garcia chases after him.

September 21st, 1987[]

Michael and Father Garcia eventually find themselves in the forest surrounding the Martin House. As John Ward exits the house following his own exorcism attempt on Amy Martin, Michael suddenly attacks him as he approaches his car. Rifle in hand, John fires at Michael in an act of self-defense, who then stumbles onto the road and is killed by a passing truck.

While not outlined in the game, it is likely that Father Garcia was heavily reprimanded by the Catholic Church and Mr. and Mrs. Davies in the week following Michael's death. It is possible that this ordeal caused his ordination to be revoked, similarly to John after his failed exorcism in 1986.
