Thralls are antagonists in FAITH.They are devout, fanatical followers of MALPHAS in Gary's cult for the aforementioned demon, and of seemingly mid-ranking in the cult's hierarchy, above simple cultists.
They are hooded figures wearing red cloaks with hoods that obscure their faces.
They will pursue John Ward and will be deterred by the light in the Snake Meadow Hill Church sanctum. If John fails to do this, they will kill him.
The thralls in the tunnels have a taller and more disfigured look, with rips in their robes.
